Happy New Year to all!

On the bank owned list, we had one sale to report.  391 Willow Ct, Unit A, listed at $269,000 sold 12/21/2010 for $256,000.  One new listing at 200 Village #3 for $779,900.

On the short sale list we have one sold to report at 900 Golfers Pass #3 listed for $299,000 and sold 12/23/2010 for $260,000.  One new listing at 872 Tanager #12 for $98,000.  Three price reductions and  two new escrows.

I suspect that short sales will continue to be a significant part of our sales activity through 2011.

 Was a pretty quite week.   Only five price reductions, 1 back on market, 1 new escrow and 1 new listing to report on the short sale list.  No closed escrows.
