On the REO list, we have 1 new escrow, 1 back on market and no new listings or sales to report.

On the short sale list 3 new listing, 3 price reductions, 5 new escrows and 1 sold to report. The home listed at 550 N. Dyer Circle listed at $479,000 sold 03-15-2012 for $479,000. The biggest news is that there are now three Incline Creek Estates listed at the same price of $799,000.
On the REO list, we have 1 back on market, 2 new listings and 1 new escrow. No solds to report.
