On the REO list, we have 1 price reduction, 1 back on market, 1 new listing and 1 sale to report. The home at 917 Michael Court listed at $609,000 sold 02/06/2012 for $580,000. The new listing at 875 Southwood, #17 L’Ermitage sounds like a real bargain at $359,900

Not much in the way of changes from last week’s update. On the short sale list there was one price reduction and one sold to report. The home at 915 Fairview listed at $650,000 sold 01/26/2012 for $650,000.
On the REO list we also have just one price reduction to report and one sold. The condo at 872 Tanager #12 listed at $79,900 sold for $69,900 01/20/2012.
